It's Thanksgiving weekend...
There are shards on my cutting mat...
That must mean it's Quiltville's Mystery BOM time again!
Yes, while some people pair socks, others pair their wine, heck you even have to pair your bluetooth devices...
But me, I spent my time this weekend pairing my "Sensuous Grays and Honeycomb fabrics.

It's Bonnie Hunter's "Grassy Creek" Mystery time.
These are the colors she is using this year.
I personally like to stick to her plan. It's much less stress on my brain, and she has really forced me out of my box and into working with colors I would never have dreamed of!

Check it out, over on her Quiltville blog HERE.
Everything you need to know is under the Grassy Creek tab at the top.

What's under the needle in your sewing world this weekend?

There is no better time to stock up, for future projects.

Carol and I have been busy working away on the new BOM for 2021, for our Cackling Stitches Facebook page. You might want to take advantage of this great sale to stock up on
Let's just say, there is a big plus to not having to trace.
Printing the pieces right onto the fusible is the best.
I would highly recommend it.

From the Heart Blog Hop

The winds of change are blowing and our attentions start moving from the fun Halloween festivities, to the approaching Christmas season. Carol brought us together to inspire each other, with ideas for gifts "From the Heart" and with plenty of time to get them stitched.

Thanks Carol!

My "From the Heart" project started out with some fun fabrics I found while shopping online. It's been a year...our ability to go out to shop and touch fabric has been very limited.
I was so excited when I stumbled on these fun fabrics.
A throwback to the Audrey Hepburn days, with messages that speak to my soul!
LOL!!
I knew right away they would be destine to become bags.

For that special BFF...

or the one who loves to share a bottle with you...

or the coffee drinker...
these prints make great gift bags, and something that can be used year round.

With the help of this little pattern...
and I do mean little...it's the tiniest pattern I've ever seen!

Not so, for this roomy 12" X 16" bag. Hosting 2 pockets on the inside
as well as a split pocket on the front.

Just fill them with your special friends favorites...
And let the holiday joy begin!

There are many more of my friends, with fabulous ideas as well.
Visit them all, and make this crazy year end, with something special
"FROM YOUR HEART"!
