While it's not really one of his ships...
It was so fitting.
I just got back from the International Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque.
The Special Shape Balloons always delight.
I think the Blue Whale had to be my favorite this year.
Yoda's eyes looked right thru you. That was pretty cool.
There is always room to get crazy at the fiesta...
It was just getting light, so you really don't get the full effect of this hair color.
I've never seen anything quite so vibrant...
Especially on someone who was at least my age!
I never thought of florescent pink as a color I could wear.
LOL!!
This guy proves that
a good time was had by all!
:-)
Beautiful pictures! My husband flew our balloon for 20+ years, but we never made it Albuquerque. :( thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHow fun!!! We went to it once and had a blast. Are you going to try the hair color??????
ReplyDeleteI didn't see you at the shapes launch. We left my daughter's house at 5 AM. Drove to second row parking. The three year old and the eight year old grandson have been before and they were awed. They kept pointing more and more shapes. Then we went to breakfast at Garcia's - yummy! Glad you had a wonderful time. Your pics are much better than mine.
ReplyDeleteBalloon races are so much fun! Only been to the balloon races in Reno...dawn patrol goes up so early and it is so cool to see the balloons glowing in the dark, pre-dawn sky. Fun to ride in too!! Awesome pictures - the shapes just keep getting more complex and fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteFun, fun, FUN!!! We saw our first hot air balloon festival this year, and it was a blast. But I see this one is even more spectacular. Thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your fabulous photos of the fun balloons. I have not been to this one but some others and it is truly amazing to see these in person. Dare to Delight and Creative Balloon Bliss...
