My friend LaDonna, brought me this little treasure from the dollar store.

She mentioned that all the cubes were different sizes and wasn't sure just how it would work, but I have to say...

it's perfect.

It sure beats the old plastic box I was using. Here I can see just what I have and they are so easy to grab when I need them.

Having my extra needles and the wrench to change them out, at my fingertips is so convenient. No more searching for where I put them.

It all tucks right behind my bobbin winder. 

Could life get any better?

It's always fun to search the dollar store for treasures.

This ice cube tray comes as a 2 pack, so there is one to share...

or I could buy a bunch more bobbins!

I know you have all seen and heard the stories of the elf on the shelf.

The little one who is supposed to keep an eye on the children...

Well here in the Moosestash, we have one too, well sorta!

Meet "Moose on the Mantle"

Much like his elf prodigy, he can be quite a handful.

Yesterday was setting up the tree day...

Someone couldn't wait to get into the storage bag and get going on it.

Pre-lit trees are great, if your able to get all the lights to work the next year.  It never helps, when someone is trying to take a bite out of em.

Is it really help, to dig thru the ornaments?

All was well, until I saw this...

Oh no, we will not be putting up with these shenanigans!

The angel get the top of the tree!  Period .!.

Oh, and I'm not buying the story of wanting to be closer to your dad!

But I'm happy that you finally could learn to share the spotlight!

As a little reward, I shared an ornie of his brother with him.

You see, my good friend Marlene made this for him me!

Santa's little break before the big day!

Yep, it's true...even Santa needs to get out of town for a little break before the big day.

When my blogging buddy Karen sent me this, way too much fun print, I knew it was destine for something great!   Fast forward a couple of years, and that project was found.

This is "Whirly Gig" from "BeaQuilter".  I know that my version of it probably wasn't what she had in mind...but I just love how fun it turned out.  And at this time of the season, here in the USA, we can only dream of a surfing Santa!   LOL!!
