From the Heart Blog Hop

The winds of change are blowing and our attentions start moving from the fun Halloween festivities, to the approaching Christmas season. Carol brought us together to inspire each other, with ideas for gifts "From the Heart" and with plenty of time to get them stitched.

Thanks Carol!

My "From the Heart" project started out with some fun fabrics I found while shopping online. It's been a year...our ability to go out to shop and touch fabric has been very limited.
I was so excited when I stumbled on these fun fabrics.
A throwback to the Audrey Hepburn days, with messages that speak to my soul!
LOL!!
I knew right away they would be destine to become bags.

For that special BFF...

or the one who loves to share a bottle with you...

or the coffee drinker...
these prints make great gift bags, and something that can be used year round.

With the help of this little pattern...
and I do mean little...it's the tiniest pattern I've ever seen!

Not so, for this roomy 12" X 16" bag. Hosting 2 pockets on the inside
as well as a split pocket on the front.

Just fill them with your special friends favorites...
And let the holiday joy begin!

There are many more of my friends, with fabulous ideas as well.
Visit them all, and make this crazy year end, with something special
"FROM YOUR HEART"!

  4. Very cute, really fun and so useful are these bags! This is an idea that can be detailed right down to the recipients interest. And really can be made for any age. It could even be a child’s doll tote or matchbox cars carrier, an art tote, a yarn tote, hand sewing tote, the possibilities are ageless and endless.
