Love Letters

Love is in the air, as we are just weeks away from Valentines day, and
this heart felt garden flag, is guaranteed to bring you lots of love!

"HeatNBond Liquid Vinyl" protects fabrics from the elements outdoors. It paint on easily and your brush cleans up with water.

1 coat - water and stain-resistant

2 coats - waterproof and stain-resistant

3 coats - waterproof and stain-resistant with a semi-gloss oilcloth finish

A good press using ThermOWeb Pressing Paper will set the vinyl and your ready to fly your flag, knowing it's protected.

I have used the "Nested Hearts" and "Love" dies from "Crafters Edge".
Their dies make cutting out applique shapes so fast and easy.

You can download the "FREE" pattern over on the Thermoweb blog
For those who do not have these "Crafters Edge" dies,  there are block letters and similar hearts provided in the pattern for you.

  1. Oh Joan! I am having a hard time passing this one up. It is my hope to make several garden flags but I just can't get to them right now. Maybe by the end of the year. Anyway, this particular squirrel is really giving me a hard time. It keeps getting out of its cage! I may just have to stop everything and get it done! Thanks. That is really cute. I do want to learn to use that liquid vinyl.
